For returns or exchange requests from Germany in a different size, please send a short request to service@weartanners.de, you will receive a free return label for Germany. Fill out the enclosed return form, stating your desired size.

For returns from other countries, please send your return to the following address:

For a size change outside of Germany, the new shipment is also free of charge, any customs fees are excluded from this.

Please use a suitable outer box for the return shipment, simply returning the shoe box sealed with adhesive tape is not sufficient.
